What will you learn?

As a Project Management I ntern, you will be at the heart of our project management efforts, supporting experienced project managers with essential tasks. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while making a meaningful contribution to our projects' success.
  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring a variety of project activities.
  • Maintain crucial project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports to keep everything organized and on track.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that all deadlines are met with precision.
  • Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas and taking minutes to capture discussions and action items.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to provide timely updates and gather valuable feedback.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying potential issues and tracking mitigation strategies to keep projects on course.
  • Utilize project management software for effective project tracking and reporting.
  • Help prepare engaging presentations and impactful project proposals that showcase our work.

🔍 Are you who we are looking for?
  • Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about project management practices.
  • Proactive and with a growth mindset
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally as you will be part of a global team.
  • Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday)
  • To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.

💵 Paid internships (depending on the schedule you establish , min. 20 hours and max. 30 hours per week, 700-900 euros / month)

⌚ Time flexibility to combine it with your studies

One day of free disposal per month (cumulative)

Possibility to collaborate remotely depending on the position (up to 2 days per week).

Duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension or contracting
