Mission & Objective

We are seeking a Global Benefits Lead to design, implement, and manage our global benefits strategy. This role is part of the Global Total Rewards Centre of Expertise and will collaborate internally with different stakeholders such as Rewards teams across regions, Finance, transversal HR and HR support teams, as well as external vendors. The role primarily ensures attractive, efficient, and compliant benefits offerings, ensuring benefits are a strategic differentiator in our Total Rewards offering and are in line with our Wellbeing and Employee Value Proposition to support employee satisfaction, attraction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with our companies' values, goals, and our Total Rewards value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark current benefits offerings and ensure competitiveness, while taking legal changes and cost implications into account, especially in view of global minimum standards in our core benefits offering.
  • Select vendors, manage renewal, and overview their performance ensuring a high-quality service. Maintain strong relationships with external providers.
  • Monitor and analyse benefits utilization, new trends, and the financial impact to optimize programs offering and efficiency incl. review and management of global database.
  • Drive tailored communications to inform employees on available benefit programs in collaboration with HR, employer branding and communication teams.
  • Facilitate a global benefits network and ensure appropriate knowledge transfers and trainings.
  • Partner with regional Rewards teams to customize benefits programs to meet local needs while maintaining global standards and alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations such as CSRD or EU Pay Transparency Directive, supporting and collaborating with other HR teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits management, with experience in a multinational environment including vendor relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of global benefits trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (French is a plus), with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, pro-active problem-solving approach and demonstration of strong project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional and multi-national virtual teams.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits management platforms is a plus.
