As our R&D Manager, Firmware, you'll work in our R&D center in Kolding, Denmark and play a crucial role in paving our way forward and managing team of firmware developers and experts.

What You'll be doing:
• Leading the team of Firmware developers and experts
• Being part of the R&D organization and R&D Management team for the world class 3-phase UPS development
• Develop team forward, foster and grow your talented team members
• Own the hiring process with Firmware domain
• Ensure effective resource allocation to squads according to the targets
• Develop processes and team forward ensuring efficiency

What Will Help You Succeed:
• Master's degree from Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or Business Administration or similar
• Previous experience on leading the team as supervisor, team leader or similar positions
• Global mindset with effective collaboration to other stakeholders from both technical and offer management.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of Agile development and processes
