What do you get to do in this position?

  • Execute changes to master data as approved by business review process including but not limited to requests to create, change, extend, block / unblock, activate / deactivate, or otherwise modify master data in Quote to Cash, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, FieldCentrix (FX), BAAN ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), InTouch, Erisk, and Oracle Applications
  • React to escalation notices to expedite creation or changes to master data by prioritizing and rebalancing other requests using a defined escalation protocol as needed
  • Updating and correcting information in a variety of ERP systems and tables
  • Create and maintain Affiliate (IG) and Interplant accounts

  • Maintaining New Account and Maintenance Spreadsheets
  • Daily Drop Out reporting
  • Validate data based on daily Purchaser Audit Summary Reports
  • Updating Bank Key and Bank Account information as needed
  • Aid in solving Master Data related problems such as erroneous information and program problems
  • Back up fellow Master Data Analysts as needed
  • Documenting processes
  • Other activities as requested by internal customers

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
  • College degree
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and complete work with tight turnarounds and deadlines
  • Ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures.
  • Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Highly self-motivated, working with minimal direction
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization with strong team orientation required.
  • Must have demonstrated analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a global environment
