Experience Event Marketing Specialist

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and skilled Experience Event Marketing Specialist to join our Innovation Experiences team. This role will focus on leveraging both digital and physical channels to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience in targeted segments. The ideal candidate will be a hybrid marketer with a strong emphasis on event marketing and the ability to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify event opportunities and gain insights into target audience preferences in the End User space.
  • Event Marketing Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital and physical event marketing strategies, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with quality, brand, and budgetary standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, design, content creation, and promotion.
  • Timeline and Budget Management: Create and oversee timelines and budgets for event marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Promotional Activities: Design and implement promotional activities before, during, and after events to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Digital Marketing Integration: Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to enhance event promotion and expand audience reach.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations throughout the event planning and execution process.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure event success and analyze data to report on return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors, sponsors, and venues to secure favorable terms and ensure successful event execution.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful events and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with ABM strategies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
