Job Title: Executive Assistant- Third party Payroll. Job Summary: An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, and overseeing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.Scheduling: Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, files, and databases.Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
