Job Title: Executive Assistant- Third party Payroll.
Job Summary: An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, and overseeing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Scheduling: Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, files, and databases.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
