Europe LTP Manager

As part of GSC Europe - Logistics Transport & Customs department, this position will report to EU Road Sr. Transport Manager, preferable based in Budapest (HU) but depending of some situations it can changed.

Mission:

  • Manage the whole LTP (Logistics Transport Provider - 4PL) of the region for Intragroup (IG) flows on road mode transportations,
  • Always look for the best optimization of flows, volumes and productivity in parallel of service level and quality.
  • Make sure service and regional operations are at the right level, quickly reacting if needed to make it happen.

Responsibilities:
  • Animate as main SPOC the projects and initiatives with all the Business stakeholders: SC Planning / Manufacturing / Logistic / I. Procurement / Finance / CS&Q / LTP ensuring the best alignment between their requirements and the scenario proposals.
  • Define ambitions and strategy to follow building standard processes and making sure they are followed.
  • Lead the LTP scope extension and optimization to make our flows the most optimal and performing possible.
  • Stimulate / Identify and Challenge LTP on the optimization of flow network solutions in order to have the best pipeline actions on productivity.
  • Manage and animate performance of the LTP (Service level, productivity, etc.)
  • Support or lead initiatives and projects impacting flows and performance.
