What you will do:
You will be analyzing energy supply contract prices and terms and negotiating with energy suppliers to ensure optimal contracts are secured on behalf of Schneider Electric's clients. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career: if you speak English and Polish, feel free to apply, we will teach you the rest!
We need our future intern's support in the following areas:
- Manage client and supplier relationships through excellent formal and informal communication (using English and Polish languages)
- Work closely with Sourcing Analysts and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients
- Manage pre-tender activities through collecting interval data, invoices, contracts, etc.
- Manage the tendering, analysis and subsequent contract award and placement processes relating to complex energy supply contracts
- Negotiate and utilise quantitative and qualitative techniques to deliver optimal energy supply contract terms and prices for our clients through regular interaction with the energy suppliers on the related markets
What we need from you:
- Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; active interest in energy management
- Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status, with possibility of retention with a local contract after the internship
- The main languages for this position are English and Polish, therefore advanced and active knowledge is essential (both spoken and written)
- You have confident digital skills, good knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data)
- Skills that will make you successful in your new position: strong analytical and logical skills
- Great communication skills, capability of engaging people of varying levels of seniority and experience
What we offer:
- Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 30, but preferably more with a possibility of home office
- You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!
- Gross salary: 1900 HUF/hour
