Job Summary:

As a Sourcing Intern, you'll assist the Sourcing & Procurement Solutions (SPS) team in supporting internal business strategies. You'll be involved in maintaining and improving policies, procedures, and reports related to low to medium complexity spend categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize information for analysis of category, industry, and market conditions.
  • Assist in the sourcing process, including negotiations and contract management for low to medium complexity projects.
  • Help coordinate the sourcing process, including logistics and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Security Governance, Risk Management, and internal clients.
  • Support the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) process by evaluating spend, documenting and reviewing supplier SLAs, and assessing supplier performance.
  • Assist with SPM tasks such as contract inventory management, risk assessments, and validating pricing.
  • Ensure SLA performance standards are met and reporting is done as needed.
  • Draft communications, presentations, sourcing-related materials, and other documents.
  • Respond to requests from internal clients and external supplier

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; interest in procurement and sourcing is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); basic understanding of procurement principles; familiarity with RFP development; organizational and project management skills; analytical abilities, including basic cost models.
