We are looking for Energy Efficiency Expert to our office in Warsaw

Location & commitments:

  • full-time job,
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street),
  • hybrid model

Your IMPACT:
  • Lead carbon related discussions as a subject matter expert in front of the customer's stakeholders.
  • Conduct and deliver energy audits, mainly for industrial clients but also for clients in the tertiary sector. Identify and evaluate ECMs (Energy Conservation Measures): energy savings, investments and return on investment calculations (cold production, HVAC, lighting, steam, EMS, renewable energy, energy recovery from waste, processes, fuel switch, electrification, etc.)
  • Develop technical and economic strategies for customers to support Business Development department to close Energy Efficiency services.
  • Analyze energy and patrimonial data and benchmark with industry standards.
  • Energy savings follow-up, according to IPMVP methodology. Energy savings targets achievement, identifying deviations, and proposing improvements.
  • Participate in the Global Energy Efficiency Expertise Center to align local consultancy business with global programs.
  • Assist with on-going process and materials enhancement (technical watch, develop new and improved analysis tools, procedures, deliverables ...)
  • Projects follow-up and commissioning to assist the customer to reach the expected targets.
  • Availability for travelling national and EMEA (30%).

Your Profile:
  • Industrial Energy/Mechanical Engineer or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar functions and role, mainly in industrial customers.
  • Know-how in HVAC, cold production, compressed air, steam, lighting, renewable energy, waste to energy...as well as energy market trends (electricity, gas, local incentives, etc.).
  • Sustainability consultant approach with customers and peers.
  • English level C1 (Advanced)
