How You'll Make an Impact
- Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop documentation, including business requirements and process maps.
- Implement quality assurance and compliance processes.
- Support the development of training and change management materials.
- Apply Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen methodologies in a non-manufacturing environment.
- Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
- Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
- Tackle complex and challenging problems with innovative solutions.

Your Background
• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, finance or similar applicable education.
• Process/Domain: experience in HR domain, specifically Time and Pay area in service delivery, process management and/or project management, and the ability to work well in a team. Deep knowledge on internal controls, data privacy and compliance requirements in HR processes.
• Leadership Skills: possess good management skills to manage own work and work on others according to targets. Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment. Proven capability to coordinate topics and achieve results in global environment, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and inclusive, with ability to influence. Demonstrated tact, empathy, diplomacy, and efficiency in communicating effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions to improve the overall process workflows. Dynamic and can adapt to change. Using process improvement techniques, such as Lean or Six Sigma, can help to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the process.
• IT and digital experience: experience and proven results in using technology to enable automation, user experience and digital processes. Knowledge on application management best practices.
• Project experience. Demonstrated experience in key roles in bigger development initiatives or projects.
• Other
o Tools: Workforce Manager (or earlier Kronos) seen as benefit. Payroll experience. Integration experience.
o Office applications: MS Office, good skills on PPT.
- Location: Follows the persons geographical responsibility. In addition, flexibility to participate own organization meeting on CET time zone. Ability to travel when required
