- The development of a relationship of trust between the main existing customers;
- Understand and solve the problems encountered by its customers, in terms of the product or service offered;
- Develop a complete understanding of needs in order to better meet them;
- Anticipate changes in the business environment and its customers;
- Manage communications between customers and the internal team;
- Manage the team in charge of one or more client portfolio (s);
- Plan a strategic plan to improve client results by analyzing relevant data;
- Negotiate contracts and establish a performance schedule;
- Establish and supervise the company's internal budgets and the external budgets of its customers;
- Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize profits through Up-selling Or the Cross-selling.

Qualifications
- Education: Engineering and/or Business degree
- Minimum experience 8++ in sales
- Fluent in English
- National and international travel will be required
- International experience and exposure is a plus
- Strong in key account management and strategic account
- Ability to mobilize networks and remote team. ( Collaboration and teamwork)
- Ability to work in matrix organizations and multicultural environment
- Strong initiative, self-starter and highly organized
- Ability to understand and apply industry/market knowledge (macro drivers, significant trends, strategic direction) in client communication and dialog.
- Detailed business financial knowledge and experience within a technical or sales environment.
- Strong Contract negotiations and closing skills.
- Ability to navigate a complex (matrix) organization and built strong network
