Electronic Product Quality Engineer

What will you do?

  • Ensuring the quality of the products
  • Capability to read electronic schematics, technical drawings, and have a good understanding of them
  • Creating and maintaining company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, and maintaining product samples (master/golden/reference samples) where applicable
  • Contributing to and actively participating in new product implementation
  • Communicating with other involved parties to solve electronic product quality-related issues
  • Openly discussing and challenging cross-functional teams during RCA and improvement actions

  • Engineering or bachelor's degree in electronic science or a related specialty is required
  • Experience or knowledge of electronics manufacturing would be an advantage
  • An interest and understanding of PCBA manufacturing, methods, and process technologies
  • Experience using quality measurement instruments and methods (FMEA, PCP, ROOT CAUSE) considered as a benefit
  • Knowledge of IPC 610 standard and basic knowledge of soldering considered as a benefit
  • Flexibility and strong willingness to learn new skills every day
  • Good English language skills
  • Experienced user of MS Office software
