For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640 - $120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Project manager - EcoCare Connect Team

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, installation and commissioning of our EcoStruxure Asset Advisor for Electrical Distribution solution. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring a high volume of small technical projects from sales initiation through delivery. The individual will work closely with the customer and internal resources to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solution deployed in support of project goals and objectives.

What will you do?

  • Capturing key project deployment details, contacts, budgets & timelines
  • Leading internal engineering reviews
  • Keeping stakeholders informed of status
  • Material delivery for connected devices
  • Support resourcing efforts for field installation support of connected devices by Internet of Things (IOT) Engineer(s)
  • Supporting the IOT Engineer(s) with customer cloud connection to our electrical asset monitoring software platform.
  • Working closely with manufacturing plant to deliver material on time.
  • Drive process improvement changes within the group and those around us.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of project management framework
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Cost and risk management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to delegate effectively
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Experience with Project Management Tools
  • Experience with Bridge Front Office (Salesforce)
  • Electrical Power Management System (EPMS) software experience desired.
  • Digital Power Application engineering experience a plus.
  • Understanding of Electrical Distribution equipment and Cloud-Based Software is a plus
