Mission

Hub End-to-End process design architect is overall responsible, across Hub Squads, of the proper implementation of the End-to-End architecture and data flows for Hub offer portfolio. This critical role provides the required expertise to Squad teams on the Services Digital ecosystem, supports decision making on architecture options, and aligns the Offer Roadmap / Backlog (Squad driven) with the Platform roadmap (Chapter driven with SE Digital)

What will you do?

Ensure Squads business requirements translate into actionable content for functional specifications.

  • Animate Squads E2E process design leaders and provide required training / support on Services Digital Architecture & Data flows.
  • Qualify and validate Business Requirements from each Squad, perform 1 st level of gap analysis by platform (CRM, Quotation, ERP, Service Execution) and iterate with Chapter process owner until full readiness for functional specifications.
  • Provide advisory to Squad teams on best technical options wrt expected business outcome.
  • Ensure overall consistency in architecture decisions across Squads (synergies, etc.)

Ensure right prioritization across Squads and align roadmap with Chapter.
  • Jointly with Chapter Process Owners and Schneider Digital, build roadmap / release plan for each platform.
  • Wherever required, support the prioritization of requirement at hub level, and required trade-off. Propose and support decision making with Hub / Chapter leaders sponsorship.
  • Drive steering committees between Hub, Chapter and SE Digital as required.
  • Be Single Point of Contact of the Hub for Chapter and Schneider Digital for any arbitration related to the IT architecture.
  • Communicate back to Hub teams on Digital roadmap deliveries.


Digital Roadmap

  • Contribute to Y+1 Digital Roadmap elaboration: support Chapter Leader in collecting and prioritizing requirement coming from the Hub ; support arbitrations on current year Digital roadmap where required
  • NAM Specific: due to NAM regional IT ecosystem, act as LoB Process Owner for the implementation of global processes within NAM architecture / tools: own functional specifications, interact with Schneider Digital (NAM & Global) during development cycle and up to UAT sign-off. In close collaboration with Hub Squads, Chapter leader & global process owners - Example: MOBIUS


This role reports directly to Hub Leaders, and functionally to Digitization & Standardization Chapter Leader

What qualifications, skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Deep knowledge of the Services Process & Digital Ecosystem with an 'End-to-End' view of process & capabilities (from CRM to Quotation to Execution to Renewal)
  • Strong influencing and communication skills to gain buy-in
  • Strong Project Management skills in an Agile environment
  • Good knowledge of Services Offering, with a specific focus on Recurring requirements
  • Functional Leadership - seasoned with matrix environment and working across multiple teams / organization.
  • Knowledgeable about Services Data management: key data, data flows, etc.
  • Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
