We are seeking a skilled IT & Telco Professional Services Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, procurement, project management, contract governance, supplier management, experience in using various procurement/negotiation tools, and exposure to working with stakeholders across regions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost and quality for IT and Telco and Professional services and products.
• Lead procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, utilizing various procurement and negotiation tools.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Establish and maintain robust contract governance frameworks to ensure compliance and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions globally to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT -Telco & Professional Services sourcing and procurement, with proficiency in various procurement and negotiation tools.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
• In-depth understanding of contract governance and supplier management best practices.
• Experience working with stakeholders across regions globally.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
