- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and procedures. 2. Plan, manage, lead, and engage in daily production operations to achieve the key performance indicators (safety, on time delivery, quality, productivity and Employee envolvement). 3. Ensure man-machine utilization.Maintain machine JH step and Improve OEE. 4. Basic Knowledge required on ISO standards,DWM,TPM,TQM,QCC,Kaizen,5S and visual management on shop foor
5. Knowledge on Brazing/Welding. 6. Need good Communication Skills, co-ordinate effectively with internal customers,Team work.
