Mission
• Run Distribution Requirement Planning process on its perimeter.
• Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while optimizing inventory level.
• Manage the purchase order portfolio analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible of the management of the team of KIB4 (Inventory and flow analyst) and KIB3 (Supply order replenishment & flow analyst).
• Performs and supports his/her team on daily operations linked to downstream and upstream flow management. Main Activities
• Supervise the activity of the KIB4 and KIB3
• Manage his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
• Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, wellbeing.

• Manage the team resources according to the load
• Guaranty the operational update of the supply chain planning parameters (Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy, ...)
• Be the level 1 of escalation for the KIB4 & KIB3 for Customer Claim management Process and supplier escalation (KMG6 being the level 2)
• Be the level 1 of escalation for the KIB4 & KIB3 for invoice dispute (Procurement team being the level 2)
• Supervise the efficiency of Shortages & BOL (Europe & Other regions) management of this team for upstream & downstream flows
• Supervise stock level and coverage according to service level for his team Manage/fulfil other tasks as defined by a manager Confidential Property of Schneider Electric
