Dispute Management Analyst (Temporal, Recent Graduate)

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Dispute Management Analyst in Mty, N.L. to support to US & Canada. (Temporary Position)

This position is accountable for resolving short payment and debts to customer accounts in SAP and/or Q2C to help reconcile customer financial accounts. They will be joining a fast-paced department of the Customer Care Center.

  • Investigate validity of customer payment dispute and summarize output
  • Communica t e wi t h cus t omer t o a tt empt t o bring resolu t ion to short pay or debts to accounts
  • Manage dispute communica t ions on t he in t ernal sys t ems including financially categorizing cus t omer dispu t es
  • Meet de f ined process expectations and ac t ivi t y me t rics
  • Driving collaborative conversation internally to solve customer payment disputes
  • E nsure promp t resolu t ion of any payment disputes for credit or re-invoice
  • Partner with cash applications to apply credi t s
  • P rovide f eedback t o management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
  • Make recommenda t ions t o implement improved processes t hrough Lean & S ix S igma
  • P ar t icipa t e in t eam planning mee t ings
  • W ork and main t ain wi t h KP I in a mon t hly basis


Qualifications

This job might be for you if:

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or similar)
  • Experience Required: 1 year in customer facing role
  • SAP experience preferred or related ERP systems.
  • Q2C experience desired but not required
  • Excel required
  • Advanced English required; French desired but not required
  • Independent thinker
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in own abilities to negotiate resolution based on facts
  • Team player
