This innovative and results-driven Global Partner Manager will spearhead the development of our new go-to-market strategy for Digital Transformer Services, crafting the right offerings and services to empower Transformer Services specialists in our key geographies. This role requires a unique blend of business development and offer management skills, as the candidate will be instrumental in co-developing our service offerings while expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and offer Development: Conduct market research and customer prospection to identify opportunities within the Transformer Specialists company's space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine service offerings based on market needs and customer feedback.
  • Business Development: Develop, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Country operations, category management teams...) and partners to drive channel sales. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue for Digital Transformer Services.
  • Offer Management: Co-develop service packages and pricing models that align with customer needs and competitive landscape. Create user stories requirements and create compelling value propositions and marketing materials and documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met. Provide monthly updates, feedback, and reports to senior management on progress and challenges.
  • Training and Development: Enhance the knowledge of sales operations and transformer sales specialist partners by delivering offer demo and technical training content in collaboration with the CoE leader.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Distribution & Power Transformers Knowledge and Applications: Good understanding of distribution and power transformers and their applications. Familiarity with distribution and power transformers Services and market dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Sales Channel experience: Understanding and proven experience of sales processes and channel development strategies.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Strong written, oral, reading, and listening skills, with a perfect command of the English language.
  • Leadership & Organisational Skills: Strong leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Digital Services Experience: Background in digital services and connected products, with experience in software and digital transformer services being a plus.
  • Time Management & Organisation: Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised across multiple tasks, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Educational Background: Minimum of a four-year technical degree or relevant experience in electrical systems or engineering.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or offer management within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors. Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services.
