This role requires a unique blend of deep of distribution and power transformer technical expertise and a customer-centric approach, along with the ability to leverage the Ecostruxure Transformer Expert (ETE) and EcoStruxure Asset Advisor for Electrical Distribution (EAA) software platforms to enhance the performance and reliability of our customers' operations.

As a DTS Application Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and transformation of the ETE offering. Your primary mission will be to shape the deployment of ETE operating models (Standalone, Experts) to support our expansion across various geographies.
You will provide direct support to customers and Digital Services operations in multiple countries and Services Bureaus. Your responsibilities will include implementing effective processes, tools, training, and expertise, all guided by the DTS Centre of Excellence leader. This will enable greater efficiency in sales, tendering, execution operations, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Take the lead as a Subject Matter Expert in Power Transformers , providing advanced support in data analysis and interpretation (Level 2 and 3 support). Collaborate with customers and CSH Predictive Analysts worldwide to monitor customer sites and analyse complex issues effectively.
§ Directly Support customers / country operations / CSH. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, country operations, and CSH. Interpret and contextualise results from the Ecostruxure Transformer Expert (ETE) and Asset Advisor for Electrical Distribution (EAA) platforms. Extract meaningful insights from these software platforms and offer best practices, usage recommendations, and maintenance suggestions based on the ETE service model.
§ Be our customers main point of contact. Regularly engage with customers to provide remote troubleshooting and support via phone, chat, and email. Create consultancy summary reports that highlight the value of our offerings, share these insights during remote sessions, and provide clear explanations and guidance. You may also need to initiate cases, create work orders for Field Services, or engage with partners and Sales for service quotations based on customer requests.
§ Operating Models Implementation: Act as a driving force behind the design and implementation of ETE Operating Models. Ensure the proper execution of these models in key geographies and service entities (CSH, Partners), adhering to the Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 support matrix and SLAs as directed by the DTS CoE Leader.
§ Training and Development: Enhance the knowledge of agents and partners by designing and delivering technical training content in collaboration with the CoE leader, CSH Trainer, CSM community, and partners.
§ Support and Feedback: Assist internal teams and partners in anticipating and supporting new offers or upgrades, executing current offerings, and driving adoption of our solutions. Provide monthly feedback to the CoE leader to continuously improve the value and delivery of our services.
§ Identify & Implement Innovative Solutions: Through gathering feedback, analysis of data, and experience of using existing tools, develop new documentations, tools, or other resources to empower Schneider Electric & partners to understand and deliver ETE capabilities more effectively.
§ Documentation of Task Distribution and Utilisation: Thoroughly document and classify major activities to effectively manage workload requirements with the intent to identify workload, utilisation, and key areas that need to be addressed to evolve the offer.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
§ Distribution & Power Transformers Expertise: Deep understanding of distribution and power transformers and their applications
§ Electrical Distribution Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical distribution systems in both utility and industrial sectors.
§ Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service with a customer-focused mindset.
§ Effective Communication Skills: Strong written, oral, reading, and listening skills, with a perfect command of the English language.
§ Digital Services Experience: Background in digital services and connected products, with experience in software and digital transformer services being a plus.
§ Time Management & Organisation: Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised across multiple tasks, with a keen attention to detail.
§ Influencing Skills: Proficient in influencing and persuading others.
§ Team Collaboration: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
§ Leadership & Organisational Skills: Strong leadership qualities and organisational abilities.
§ Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a strong capability for problem-solving.
§ Educational Background: Minimum of a four-year technical degree or relevant experience in electrical systems or engineering.
§ Experience: At least 5 years of experience (10 years preferred) in distribution and power transformer services, design, or operations.
