For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $185,600.00-$278,400.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The US Channel Digital Strategy & eCommerce Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the 3 year unified online experience for U.S. electrical and industrial partners to drive sales growth online through wholesale electrical distributors, catalog/online partners, marketplaces and retailers. The role will serve as team leader for electrical channel eKAMs (eCommerce Key Account Managers) and analytics/enabler support, managing day-to-day eCommerce operations in the electrical channel. In addition, the individual will facilitate cross-business collaboration and strategy execution across all US businesses and serve as the US business lead for our 3 year unified online experience.
Collaboration with Sales, Offer Teams, Global Supply Chain, Global eCommerce, Digital Customer Relationship (DCR), SE Digital, Lines of Business, Pricing, and Sales Operations will be a critical component of success in the role.

Key Accountabilities:
- Execute the US 3-year unified online experience strategy and evolve/update our strategy via collaboration with all go-to-market channels
- Align with key stakeholders in the electrical, industrial, mechanical/BMS, and IT channels
- Partner with global eCommerce to bring global best practices to the US, secure global support, and align on strategy
- Own eCommerce reporting for the US - voice to leadership eCommerce performance and needs
- Advocate for and adopt new technologies that drive eCommerce growth AND support larger channel strategies. Drive transformation without channel conflict.
- Serve as team lead for Electrical & Industrial Channel eKAMs who drive eCommerce growth at target accounts, as well as analytics/trade manager team members
- Work directly with most strategic electrical eCommerce partners to drive goals and transformation.
- Serve as the US leadership voice to global on US eCommerce business strategy for our E1, E2, and E3 modes.
- Manage eCommerce budget for greatest return and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of B2B or B2C ecommerce experience
- Outstanding collaboration and team building skills
- Results orientated, intellectually curious, creative, and highly self-motivated.
- Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization and management
- Understanding of channel dynamics and the importance of diverse GTM models
- Ability to alleviate channel conflict
- Must be proactive in positively changing business results by acting and thinking differently
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization with a change agent, mission-based mentality.
- Highly analytical, confident, and persuasive
- Strong change management skills
