The Digital Adoption Leader's mission is to drive the Digital transformation and performance of country FS operations teams, to ensure Digital adoption and digital business growth.
As Digital Adoption Leader, the main missions will be to:
- Deploy Annual Execution Plan initiatives related to Digital Services, with support from Zone Operations Leaders and Digital Tools Leaders
- Organize recurring meetings with relevant stakeholders (FSVP, Ops Excellence Leader, Operation Director, Sales & Marketing Director, Tendering Leader, ...) to follow Digital Performance KPI's (Connected Sites, Backlog Age, Connection Rate, Time to Quote, Hit Rate, Digital Work Order Adoption, Assets under Contracts, Nb of DSA/IoT under certification, ...) through monthly reports, and implement corresponding improvement actions

- Lead process mapping assessments and audits on DS scope
- Deploy the Operating Model for DS critical roles, ensuring countries are setup with an efficient and scalable model
- Coordinate meetings, training on relevant topics to increase digital services efficiency in country
- Develop and drive effective action plans to ensure digital processes and competencies are set up
- Reinforce tools and processes adoption per Execution playbooks with the support of Offer Execution Leaders
- Ensure adoption of Digital Work Order process with the support of Digital Tools Leaders
- Support Services LoB with reinforcing SKU localization process
- Support Product Owners, Category Managers, and Offer Execution Leaders in deployment of new offers
- Collaborate with BD's to ensure DS backlog growth and improve SP&C connection rate
- Provide feedback to the Global Simplify team to improve processes, tools, offer's execution based on feedback from countries.
To be successful in this role: To be successful in this role you will have a deep understanding of Digital Transformation. Your capabilities to influence and negotiate will be key. Prior experience as a Transformation Leader with Project Management skills would also be advantageous. As an Adoption Leader your organization ability is your best hard skills. It is also expected that you have strong soft skills as excellent communication skills and the ability to understand & convince stakeholders across both technology and the business. Your experience and skills should ideally include most, if not all: • Degree in Computer Science or related field / Project management (MBA a plus) • Master Field Services tendering and operations processes • Master SE end-to-end customer processes • Knowledge on SE quality standards • Strong recognized leadership • Excellent communication skills and capabilities to influence and negotiate with leaders • Cross culture mindset • Strong team spirit & cooperation • Speak fluently English • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
