  • Be at the Digital forefront of a sales organization. This isn't about selling widgets. It's about creating technological solutions for unique customer challenges, in collaboration with our engineers and partners. We don't just sell hardware, we sell a customizable, IoT-enabled platform that also includes software, cloud analytics, and services. As customers increasingly rely on digital tools throughout their buying journey, even before engaging with potential vendors, it becomes crucial to find innovative ways to meet them on their terms. In this role, you will act as a change agent, driving the adoption of existing digital tools and exploring new methods to align with customer needs. Join us in leveraging social networking and influential strategies to lead our business on a digital journey!
  • Own and drive lead qualification to develop new business. Be responsible for proactively prospecting and engaging new leads and customers for offers such as power & energy management solutions. Leveraging data and business intelligence, you will gain valuable market insights and develop strategic sales campaigns within your assigned geography. With your technical and commercial thought leadership, you will have the exciting opportunity to introduce our innovative solutions to new customers across multiple segments. Working collaboratively within a sales team, you will have the autonomy to develop leads and facilitate the best path forward, whether it's prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing opportunities yourself or engaging the appropriate sales partners to drive sales excellence and meet the customer's needs.
  • Collaborate and partner with Marketing organization. You will play a vital part in supporting our existing marketing campaigns aimed at driving the adoption of power & energy management solutions. Your contribution will involve influencing and facilitating the pre-sale process, working closely with our diverse end user segments to identify potential opportunities within the context of these campaigns. You will take charge of driving lead generation efforts at scale, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to fuel our business growth.
  • Drive channel engagement across Digital Power scope. Have a focus on developing long-term relationships with our channel, with the aim of driving sustainable revenue growth. As part of the core Digital Power commercial team, you will be responsible for enabling a robust system of channel pipeline management, ensuring consistent growth of our small to medium business, and maximizing opportunities. You must collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to reinforce our go-to-market strategy, infusing a digital mindset into our approach.

Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Passion for driving cutting-edge solutions and thinking outside the box to identify and solve customer problems - while taking one of the biggest societal challenges of our time: sustainability.
  • Acumen for utilizing digital tools to socialize solutions across multiple channels.
  • A Seller who can develop a network through social platforms to seek out opportunity for thought leadership and influence.
  • Strong aptitude and passion for high tech products, solutions, networking, energy management and sustainability.
  • An entrepreneur with a tenacity to help customers and drive orders growth.
  • Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Strong work ethic aligned with Schneider Electric values and desire to excel as a business professional in the Digital Power organization.
  • Travel up to 30% to various customer sites in assigned geography. Flexible travel based on the needs of your customers and the business.


What other background or experiences will help set you apart in this role?
  • Experience in an Inside Sales / Outside Sales role in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainability services/consulting, electrical power industry, building automation industry, and/or energy management industry, distribution and/or other go to market channels.
  • Knowledge and experience in Strategic Selling, Solution selling, and/or Consultative selling.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with a CRM, Lead Generation tools, and MS Office Pro.
  • Experience with any of the following: electrical distribution and/or automation equipment such as switchgear, programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, and SCADA systems.
