Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Specialist you'll become a trusted go-to expert. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team - advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions.

- Deal Closure Prediction: Predicting deal closures and effectively communicating forecasts.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Support: Supporting colleagues in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Campaign Activation: Activating new business campaigns in collaboration with IBM leadership.
- Use-Case & Proof of Concept Design: Collaborating to design use-cases and proofs of concept.
- Value Proposition Presentation: Presenting compelling value propositions to clients.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience & success using various client outreach methods including cold calling, email, Linked In, etc.
- Consultative Tech Sales Success: Proven experience in consultative tech sales.
- Digital Sales Proficiency: Proficient with digital sales tools.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Influential Analytics: Strong analytical skills to influence business decisions.
- Territory management.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Storage Market Expertise: Storage market knowledge for trusted client advice and reputation growth (training on IBM's Storage offerings is provided).
- Experience creating videos to communicate with clients.
