In this role, you will help shape the future by enhancing our advanced product configurator(s) for our customers, driving business growth, and delivering impact.
About the Role

You'll collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation, capturing and understanding their requirements to ensure the product's vision not only aligns with customer needs but also integrates with business strategies.

You'll work closely with both internal experts and external partners to shape the product and stay ahead of the curve. Leading an external Scrum team, you'll effectively communicate requirements through well-crafted user stories to drive impactful development.

You'll adapt your communication style to articulate complex ideas, whether you're engaging with technical, operational teams or presenting to senior leadership. This role is a blend of strategic thinking, collaboration, creativity, and project execution, where you'll make an impact on both the business and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

While these responsibilities will evolve, here's what you'll focus on:
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and refine the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Feature Prioritisation: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, stakeholder input, and competitive analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals, and negotiate effectively.
  • Agile Team Leadership: Provide vision and direction to our supplier's Agile Scrum team and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Feedback and Data Insights: Engage with customers to gather feedback, analyze data-driven insights, and make informed decisions on product development.
  • Delivery Focus: Drive and oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, are met to the highest standards.
  • Product Release Ownership: Own and lead product release plans, coordinate testing and deployment activities, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage the product budget, optimise costs, and ensure maximum value from resource allocation.
  • Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor industry, technology, and innovation trends to ensure digital enhancements remain best-in-class.
