We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead multiple product teams focused on delivering value within the client onboarding experience.
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining systems that enhance the onboarding process through innovative digital solutions. The Digital Product Owner will collaborate closely with stakeholders and business partners across the organization to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that integrates technology with human-centered wealth management strategies.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the accountable individual for one or more systems, leading a cross-functional product team to deliver value to clients
- Align strategy with execution by developing and maintaining a detailed product roadmap
- Manage system plans and artifacts including resource allocation, stakeholder requirements, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and success criteria
- Utilize subject matter expertise within the Client Onboarding product area to drive business value
- Foster an understanding of Product Management and Design Thinking theory, promoting these practices within the organization
- Attract, develop, and manage a high-performing team of associates focused on personal and professional growth
- Lead the product team through influence, mentoring, and coaching to fulfill the product vision
- Collaborate and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science or related field
- Strong foundational knowledge in financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, particularly in client onboarding or contact relationship systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information
- Analytical capabilities with a focus on details
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and produce tangible outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to delegate and direct work efficiently
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
- A robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework
- Sense of ownership and a product-oriented approach
