The Digital Process Expert is a pivotal role in optimizing, transforming, and digitizing SAP business processes within the EIT Europe GSC and ETO Order Execution IT ecosystem to enhance business performance and competitiveness.

This position involves analyzing current workflows, implementing SAP or Best of Breed solutions, driving continuous improvement and on-site support for factories and distribution centers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, they will drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and enable the business to adapt to changing market demands.
What you will do:
- Business Process Analysis and Optimization:
- Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital Global teams to map and redesign processes for better performance
- SAP and Best of Breed (BoB) Solution Implementation:
- In cooperation with Digital Technology Center, configure and customize SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, etc.) to meet business requirements
- Contribute to the deployment of SAP and BoB solutions and ensure their alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for SAP integration
- Process Innovation:
- Propose innovative solutions to address emerging business needs
- Specify or introduce new tools and methodologies for process improvement, leveraging SAP or other system features
- Drive automation and innovation using technologies AI
- Change Management:
- Support change management initiatives related to process improvements and SAP deployments
- Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure user adoption and understanding of SAP or BoB tools
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as a bridge between business teams and IT departments to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Document and communicate process changes and their impact on operations
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track and report on process performance
- Contribute to regular reviews to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented processes
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all digital processes comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business process management or SAP implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Signavio, or equivalen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English - French language is a huge advantage
- Strong relationship-building skills - both internally in Schneider Digital, at senior leadership level, as well as with external partners
- Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
- International work experience on a global basis
- Occasional travel within EU is expected in ~10-15%
