Your role:

The Cybersecurity Director has the global responsibility of execution of the Cybersecurity program aligned with the strategy and policies defined by the company for Digital Factory LoB. Reporting to the R&D VP (Ralf Neubert), the position is a transversal position interacting with all functions of the Line Of Business. Digital Factory LoB consists in several entities (Automation Control, Motion Control, HMI, IIOT, Eliwell) with a wide offer portfolio (PLC, HMI, IIOT, Cloud offers, Mobile App ...) significantly exposed to the Cybersecurity Risk.

Your missions:
  • Team Manager of the Security Advisors Team
  • Responsible of the SDL program deployment for Digital Factory LoB
  • Responsible of Vulnerabilities Management and Incident Management
  • Responsible of the Cybersecurity Certification Programs for offers and sites (IEC62443, Cybersecurity Resilience Act ...)
  • Contribution to the Cybersecurity Roadmaps definition with Business Leaders
  • Responsible for Cybersecurity Approvals at LoB level (Security Plan, FCSR)
  • Accountable for Cybersecurity Approval of Project Stage Gates
  • Management of Exception Approval with DF leadership and Governance Teams
  • Contribution to the Cybersecurity Community: collaboration to transversal initiatives, Workshops.
  • Cybersecurity Competency management for the LoB (Trainings)
  • Reporting/Escalation to Leadership management.

Your profile:
  • Bac+5 with at least 10 years' experience in cybersecurity
  • Cybersecurity expert with Leadership/Management skills able to work in a cross-functional, highly multicultural environment.


Your competences:
  • Strong leadership/management skills in an operational environment to lead the Cybersecurity Advisor Team
  • Strong multi-cultural skill to work in a worldwide environment and lead a multi-culture team,
  • English skill both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multi-task mode,
  • Customer focus: concentrates on solving pain points and bringing value to the products.
  • Strong sybersecurity Risk assessment and knowledge, Cybersecurity versus business perspective.
  • Technical Background on Software/Firmware development and Architecture
  • Good understanding of Cybersecurity technologies (cryptography, secure architecture, authentication/authorization mechanisms ...) applied to industrial systems and products.
  • OT communication protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA ...)
  • IT communication protocols (OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, secure protocols, Web protocols ...)
  • Deep knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle activities
  • Cybersecurity standards and Regulations knowledge: IEC62443, Cybersecurity resilience Act
  • Cybersecurity certifications welcome (CSSLP / CISSP, ISA-IEC62443 ...)
