Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead with a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing a global team responsible for hire-to-retire data management and global temporary assignment cases within Oracle Fusion along with leading Global Data Excellence initiatives globally. You will be a key resource for the team, providing expert guidance, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a global team of 6 people responsible for hire-to-retire data management and global temporary assignment cases within Oracle Fusion.

• Mentor a team of 6 data entry specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the accurate and timely processing of HR data tickets within Oracle Fusion.

• Drive operational excellence by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Possess extensive experience working with other HRIS systems like SAP, Oracle and Workday.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRIS processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, escalations, and service requests.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Oversee the implementation and utilization of ticket management systems, particularly ServiceNow, to streamline incident resolution and enhance user experience.

• Lead internal training initiatives to onboard new team members, facilitate ongoing skill development, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Demonstrate a relentless focus on continuous improvement and process optimization, leading to measurable results.

• Expertise in ticket management systems, such as ServiceNow, with experience in administration, and utilization for incident management.

• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in HRIS technology.

• Collaborate with regional teams and the Global HR Data Office to identify and address data quality issues.

• Partner with Regional Leads to define data quality KPIs aligned with business process drivers and owners.

• Initiate change requests to create or modify data quality KPIs within the Analytics Dashboard.

• Review KPI logic, follow up with SD, Regions, and UAT for sign-off.

• Participate in replenishment meetings with developers to discuss priorities and track progress on enhancements.

• Send monthly communications to all stakeholders, including HRS Leaders, using the provided template and participant list.

• Drive governance through bi-weekly DQ calls with Regional Leads.

• Identify key areas impacting data quality and lead projects to address issues from both process and system perspectives.

• Maintain documentation and enhancement processes related to data quality issues.

• Update Collibra (Data governance platform) for all global data fields.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR data management, with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar HRIS platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion, including data entry, configuration, and process optimization.

• Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams, preferably in a global environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Certification in Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, or relevant HRIS systems preferred.

• Knowledge of industry best practices, Agile ways of working, and emerging trends in HRIS and data management.
