Offer Management of a group of ranges of Final Distribution Category (Final Distribution Systems), addressing mainly the International Zone Operations, with a s trong strategic and analytical mind-set and in-depth understanding of products in Final Distribution, addressing residential and building segment.
Job Responsibilities: Define value proposition & set product strategy, in alignment with HUB vision & to ensure team achieves strategic goals • Spend time with customers & stakeholders to identify value drivers • Understand customer values, application, competitive environment, market trends, go to market and anticipate evolutions • Gather and analyze customer's needs by meeting customers and collaborating regularly with business stakeholders • Evaluate the strategic value of the offer • Define and validate the offer value propositions (UVP, business models, go to market) • Understand technical trends to identify valuable innovations in the product environment • Lead and contribute to the customer interaction strategy • Thorough understanding of Go-to-market principles • Strong knowledge of the product category • Ability to gather and translate customer insights into marketing specs and help with associated technical specs • Ability to map consumer personas for different market segments and pin-point the target audience • Mapping of complete customer decision making journey and associated consumer experience • both offline, digital and in omnichannel environment • Data-backed decision making • Ability to analyze complex & present it in easy way • Build, follow-up and support business in collaboration with zones • Co-build or analyze business cases with zones • Propose value base pricing recommendations (e.g.: GRT, AMSP, GM(%)) • Periodic analysis of business performances (volumes, sales, profitability, evolutions) • Support business (reviews with zones, trainings, meetings with customers, technical prescription, animate supply chain rebalancing,..) • Prepare the launch activities of the offer and coordinate with the geographies • Ability to make complete business case for product launch, replacement and withdrawal • Strong understanding of basic financial metrices for a business • Ability to analyze price as well as cost aberrations and suggest team on Gross Margin risks and improvement opportunities • Ability to define or understand commercial policies of a channel • Basic understanding of supply chain flow • Periodic analysis of the product cost to deliver the right level of product cost • Ensure product/process robustness • Create a conducive and collaborative environment through effective leadership • Provide transparency to key stakeholders

Strong marketing background, with minimum 5 years of experience on Offer Knowledge and Management, Value Proposition Development, Market segmentation and Customer targeting • Leadership competences based on achievement of sustainable results, focus on customers, Influence and convince • Strong Cross-functional competences like cross cultural and analyses issues.
