Job Objective:
Support the customer service team in daily operations management, monitoring key metrics, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of department goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily follow-up on order entries and changes requested by customers.
  • Monitor key area metrics and prepare reports for analysis.
  • Provide operational support to the Customer Service Representative in administrative and management tasks.
  • Maintain continuous and effective communication with Project Managers to ensure alignment on projects.
  • Attend interdisciplinary team meetings, providing relevant information and facilitating team collaboration.


Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Active student in fields such as Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and operations.
  • Proactive attitude, strong eagerness to learn, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
