Customer Quality Leader

The Customer Satisfaction and Quality leader is responsible for overseeing quality assurance, technical support, and shipping processes at the external contract manufacturing site. This role ensures that production meets the engineering specifications, quality standards, and on-time delivery commitments. This leader will act as the on-site liaison between the contract manufacturer and the company, driving process issue resolution, and compliance with company standards.

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical and process-related issues
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to design specifications and testing requirements

Shipping & Logistics Coordination
  • Oversee outbound shipping processes to ensure on-time and damage-free deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and packaging standards

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
  • Act as primary on-stie representative, communicating key updates to internal leadership
  • Provide regular reports on quality performance, production status and shipping metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in quality, manufacturing, or logistics preferably in an ETO (engineer to order) environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, quality control process and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently at the contract manufacturer's site while collaborating with internal teams.
