Are you passionate about leading and transforming teams while ensuring exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator.

  • Direct customer support
  • Point of contact for order management issues and escalations
  • Order Entry
  • Transactional/offshore offer knowledge
  • Communicate issues, identify process gaps, and/or improvements with the team
  • Commercial Team, Local Logistics and Supply Chain planning direct contact
  • Follow up closely on delivery schedule
  • Daily follow up to KPIs

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • SAP Knowledge (desirable)
  • Ability to adjust to new situations and challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required
  • Excel knowledge
