- Direct customer support
- Point of contact for order management issues and escalations
- Order Entry
- Transactional/offshore offer knowledge
- Communicate issues, identify process gaps, and/or improvements with the team
- Commercial Team, Local Logistics and Supply Chain planning direct contact
- Follow up closely on delivery schedule
- Daily follow up to KPIs
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- SAP Knowledge (desirable)
- Ability to adjust to new situations and challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required
- Excel knowledge
