We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Communications Specialist to join us on our digitised journey and work within a high performing team. Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, you will functionally report into the Head of Communications - Pacific Zone.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external communication activities as an expression of the brand narrative and in line with the business objectives. The role also plays a key part in leading frictionless end-to-end digital relationship of the future for our customers and frontline employees, to enable growth and customer loyalty.
- Drive quality internal communications in support of associated channels and programmes.
- Drive development of rich and engaging content that can be repurposed across different communication mediums and channels.
- Support positive brand share of voice across owned and earned media channels, focusing on social media.
- Be a brand advocate and initiate positive brand positioning through all communication, either internal or external.
- Strong engagement and collaboration across the business and with external agencies.
- Stakeholder management both within the marketing community and within the business.

About you
You are a strong initiator and self-starter, passionate about digital solutions, you love dealing with stakeholders locally and globally, and you want to make an impact to the business.
As the nature of communication is fluid and increasingly important in today's business environment, the role requires an adaptive and agile approach. It also requires an ethical consideration of the brand values, essence, and mission.
In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful:
- university qualifications in marketing/communications
- minimum three years' experience in a communication or PR discipline is essential
- excellent communication, writing, prioritisation, and customer service skills are necessary
- ability to juggle competing tasks and deadlines
- good skills in Canva and AI prompting are highly regarded.
