We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Communications Expert to lead our internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field. This role requires strong leadership, excellent writing skills, and the ability to effectively communicate our company's vision, mission, and values to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that enhance the company's reputation and support business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various communication channels, including press releases, internal newsletters, speeches, and social media.
- Developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies that enhance our brand image and engage with key media outlets on different activities including press releases, media round tables and press conferences
- Manage relationships with media outlets, serving as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interviews.
- Coordinate crisis communication strategies, ensuring timely and effective responses to potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and maintain brand integrity.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to engage employees and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Organize corporate events, press conferences, and other public engagements to promote company initiatives and enhance visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and public relations.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of media relations and experience working with journalists.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media.
