The Communications and Enablement Leader will be responsible for scaling the operational and cultural strategy of Schneider Electric's US Digital Buildings organization - to align its values, behaviors, practices and storytelling with its vision and transformational goals. This role will deliver a scalable and fully-executed internal communications strategy for the organization as well as play a key role in driving the Brand & Communications editorial calendar and transformational storytelling.

The internal mission for this role will be focused on continuing a cultural transformation of the Digital Buildings organization through focused and clear communication and brand strategy to all levels of our people. Externally, this role will serve to accelerate Schneider's growth and help our sellers and account managers drive an integrated understanding of Schneider's differentiated positioning, strengths and capabilities for the North American market.

What will you do?
  • Implement a communications strategy and plan for US Digital Buildings (USDB) in 2025 that continues to grow our employee brand, culture and engagement, including:
    • Close coordination with USDB Marketing Director with emphasis on Service Growth strategy and tactics
    • Managing and evolving "The Huddle" to ensure we lead with C.A.R.E.
    • Arranging and leading the quarterly "Get Connected" community call across all of Digital Buildings, and any other required strategic central messaging
    • Coordinating and amplifying the "Next Story Up" commercial community call and community for best-in-class execution
    • Coordinating and amplifying "Chapters of Collaboration" to celebrate One Team behavior
    • The extension of Project Nexus for clear channels of communication and centralized resources
  • Work closely with Director of Account Management to support strategic objectives, and relevant stakeholders of Account Management and One Team strategy to develop appropriate communication activations and enablement materials.
    • Further develop the Sales Enablement Framework and Deployment for USDB Sellers around One Team Sales Customer and Best-in-Class Account Management
    • Support execution of One Team Sales Culture through Communications and Sales Enablement Activities
    • Further develop a system of measurement for OneTeam and Best-in-Class Account Management to metric the success of our Account Management Enablement
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis among senior leadership to determine engagement and change management needs, expectations, and concerns of all audiences to ensure strong buy-in and support across the Business Unit.
  • Work with all business functions to identify and deliver key employee messages and programs via the appropriate communication channel.
  • Provide key communication facilitation throughout the North America functions and lines of business, acting as the hub designed to effectively keeps all employees informed on key initiatives, programs, and events related to driving a transformational culture.
  • Foster employee engagement within the organization's goals & initiatives by delivering engaging content, including communications activation tactics.
  • Serve as a change agent--ensuring organizational readiness through on-going communication, education, and best practice sharing.
  • Discover, develop and activate new brand stories surrounding the One Team strategy, including storytelling assets requiring strong positioning and transversal messaging.

Who will you report to?
  • This position reports to the VP Services for US Digital Buildings

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing, Communications, Change Management, or similar disciplines
  • Proven experience in leading cultural transformations within complex organizational environments
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing large-scale communications programs in matrixed corporate and/or industrial environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and departments
  • Strategic mindset with the capacity to align technology initiatives with broader business goals
  • Up to 25% travel may be required to drive strong cultural transformation at Schneider Electric's hubs and facilities across North America.
  • This role is preferred to be based at a Schneider Electric Hub in a hybrid format (2-3 days a week in-office).
