You will join the East Asia Commercial and Industrial Team , where you will support and develop initiatives and programs to drive cross collaboration , motivation and business impact .
Location: Kallang
Mission (About the Role)
- You will join the Commercial and Industrial team where we plan and run programs to ensure business growth and gain traction on diverse applications of the products .
- This role will support the implementation of cross-national business programs/policies to drive revenue and explore the possibilities for improvement and propose the best-in-class practices for all employees .
What will you do?
- Build and deploy an ET/OT channel program and proper commercial policies.
- An imate c ross division collaboration through incentive plan s and innovate to come up with solutions to motivate teams across different countries.
- Support the efforts in C&I marketing and work with different teams to achieve varied objectives .
- Understand the intricacies of business practices in each country and come up with strategies to encourage best practice sharing.
- Achieve a good level of understanding of the application of products to come up with materials to assist with business process efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to find out gaps and suggest business solutions .
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education : Bachelor's degree in any related field .
- Skills/Systems K nowledge :
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications .
- Ability to navigate in ambiguous environment and have good judgment skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills .
- Result-oriented, attention to details, proactive, dynamic, and effective individuals .
