We are looking for Commercial Excellence Analyst to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation!

You will join the East Asia Zone Commercial Operations Team to support business analytics and visualization efforts, with a focus on gaining insights from sales and marketing perspectives. This role will directly impact the implementation of key commercial excellence initiatives and provide exposure to pricing analysis. As a Regional Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will be empowered to lead projects that digitize, simplify, and enhance digital analytics tools. These tools will deliver valuable insights to assist Country teams in making informed business decisions and tracking their progress.

What will you do?

Data Visualization
  • Identify the problem to be solved by data
  • Build data visualization project proposal
  • Data preparation for consumption
  • Develop & launch Tableau dashboards
  • Make recommendations to improve quality and efficiency for decision making

Data Analysis
  • Utilize digital and automation tools to analyze data and identify meaningful trends and patterns
  • Create reports analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement
  • Create & share insights through presentations built to summarize trends and provide recommendations
  • Support ad-hoc and self-service reporting initiatives


Business Interpretation
  • Work alongside business and management teams to establish business needs
  • Bridge regional and country teams to create accurate reports
  • Collate and present collected data to relevant members of the business and management teams


Drive Strategic Initiatives
    • Gain hands-on experience in driving key initiatives led by Zone Strategy & Commercial Operations (SCO)
    • Support Country, Business, and Zone SCO in driving various projects

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Technical Competencies in Analytics:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of digital tools and business analytics to enhance sales and marketers' productivity (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) with at least 1-2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, data architecture and data analysis.

Project Management:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and overseeing analytics-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.

Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen:
  • Proven ability to think strategically and align growth initiatives with business priorities.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive growth initiatives

Change Management Enthusiasm:
  • Experience in leveraging data analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
  • Proven track record in leading change initiatives and successfully implementing new analytics tools for sales and marketers

Collaboration and Stakeholder Influence:
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and align strategies with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve the objectives for sales and marketing.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, pricing, business intelligence, or business analytics.
  • Skills/Systems Knowledge: Project Management, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL and Power point
  • Understanding of Schneider Electric's product portfolio, go-to-market strategies, and industry landscape is a plus.
