We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations Team in Finland!
Are you an open-minded problem solver with an IT skillset? As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be part of our Nordic Baltic team responsible for Platform Services for Building and Energy Management Systems. Our Cloud Platform allows customers to monitor building conditions, optimize energy consumption, respond quickly to alarms, perform necessary operational actions, and integrate various systems into a single interface. This service enables the management of multiple buildings from a single interface and sharing building management with other stakeholders.

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing buildings connected to the Cloud Platform. Your tasks will include connecting new sites to servers, user management, and troubleshooting issues related to the data center environment. You will guide and support end customers and our field staff on Cloud Platform-related matters.
You will collaborate with project and service organizations and work in customer-facing roles as needed, supporting sales and service business in IT-related matters. Additionally, you will ensure the secure implementation of business solutions. Your contributions will directly impact project success and customer satisfaction.
The role and responsibilities can be tailored to match the candidate's expertise. We are constantly developing our software and production processes to guarantee the quality, efficiency, and cybersecurity of our services.
Most of the team is located in Tampere, but your location can be elsewhere in Finland, for example, in Espoo or Turku.
Our Expectations for You:
- Technical educational background (e.g., IT engineer or equivalent)
- Good communication and collaboration skills, along with a customer service mindset
- Organizational skills, perseverance, and the ability to take responsibility
- Languages: Finnish & English
We also value experience with Windows Server operating systems, basic networking (TCP/IP), cybersecurity, IoT, SQL, Active Directory, and automation systems.
