Please note, this is an Entry / Junior level position.

Our Sustainability Business offers solutions to key challenges, facing customers with respect, to manage and optimize their energy and utility data. The Client Data Experience Team has been developed to deliver a more digital and comprehensive data service to our customers .

This is a client-facing position requiring a cross-trained individual to provid e oversight for many of the Client Data Operations processes .

What you will do:
  • Coordinate the delivery of client data activities with a view to maximize success and efficiency of the client's overall data operations services
  • Act as Customer Service interface between the Global Data Operations team and the Client
  • Frequent liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout both the implementation and the ongoing delivery of the various client data service deliveries, including receiving and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Partner up with Client Management team on customer client data issues and resolutions
  • Prepare and provide accurate service delivery updates to all stakeholders through a variety of mechanisms, including regular online presentations or phone call updates
  • Ongoing process & service reviews to promote delivery optimization


What we need from you :
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Problem-solving skills - strong desire to research problems and issues with ability to follow-through to resolution
  • Passion for process improvement
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities
  • Excellent and confident business communication skills in English - verbal and written; fluency in other languages is an advantage
  • Understanding energy industry terminology and standards is an advantage
