Responsibility
- Be primarily accountable for the success of the DCES software product, focusing on delivering value to partners and the business unit.
- Define the strategic vision and development roadmap for DCES software in China, ensuring these digital tools effectively support business growth in a rapidly evolving market (including EcoStruxure Power Commission and YiKeTiao, etc.).
- Specify the end-to-end digital customer journey and produce comprehensive product requirements documentation.
- Represent the business interests of DCES China, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their perspectives and requirements are captured and reflected in the product backlog.
- Provide support in defining digital experience-related use cases for the OCP project.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external IT delivery teams to ensure product delivery aligns with the agreed roadmap and committed delivery dates, adhering to agile methodologies.
- Support the launch of digital products through comprehensive field testing and omnichannel promotion, encompassing corporate websites, social media platforms, integrated marketing campaigns, online partner relationship platforms, offline roadshows, and events.
- Serve as the SPOC for the China hub, working in tandem with the global energy management software team to build synergies in software deployment, including gap analysis, feature adoption, and software convergence, etc.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital products, specifically those related to IT.
- 3+ years of experience serving as a Product Owner or in a product management-related role, preferably in an agile work environment.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and experts across various organizational levels.
- Experience in aligning product strategy, features, use cases, roadmaps with business value creation.
Soft-Skills
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrate comfortability in presenting to stakeholders across various organizational levels, both in person and remotely.
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude.
Hard-Skills
• Profound knowledge of the China Digital Ecosystem, encompassing WeChat, Desktop, and Native Apps.
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile working methods, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Feel comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies.
• An advanced understanding of IT products and capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
