What's the role
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to develop and implement customer marketing strategies that resonate with both homeowners and builders across the Pacific. This role is instrumental in driving prioritized category growth strategies and will work closely with our sales and Design Service Team to achieve impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Leadership:
    • Develop and deploy marketing strategies that meet the needs of homeowners and builders.
    • Generate customer insights to inform strategic business planning in the residential market segment.
    • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to enhance brand development and market communications.
  • Marketing Execution Excellence:
    • Implement best-practice omnichannel programs to strengthen market leadership.
    • Work together with the Marketing Communications Specialist in executing creative and engaging programs.
    • Develop customer journey mapping and market segmentation activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Manage relationships with key influencers and stakeholders, including Housing Industry Associations.
    • Work alongside sales and design service teams to ensure effective execution of identified strategies.
    • Drive innovation introduction and customer feedback on product performance.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage assigned marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.

    Key Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
    • 3+ years of marketing experience with proven success in brand growth and profitability.
    • Experience in various go-to-market channels.
    • Strong skills in customer insights, value propositions, and omnichannel marketing.
    • Effective management of complex stakeholder relationships.
    • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
    • Experience in market research and agency management.
    • Familiarity with behavioral science and disruptive innovation.
    • Knowledge of B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
    • Adaptable, customer-focused, and results-driven.
    • Strong collaboration skills and executive presence.
