What you'll be doing
As a Senior Leading Change Adoption Manager working within Global Logistics, Planning and Services Transformation & PMO team
- Partnering with our Global Transformation Program Managers and Sponsors + Unify Stakeholders to establish a Global Stakeholder network management plan within the global functions and operational business
- Designing for Logistics, Planning and Services a Change Management Plan for the People, the Business to support the overall digital strategy deployment and adoption.
- Collecting change management data from the operational business and functions, to monitor success e.g. temperature checks, adoption metrics, behaviour changes
- Advocating a change management framework using SE internal LCA templates e.g. stakeholder mapping, communications, change impact analysis, adoption measurement etc
- Understanding the business context where change is being delivered / implemented and recommending change management strategies and interventions
- Ensuring all technology and deployment related risks and issues arising from change are identified, assessed, managed and reported, with any delivered risks being reflected in the technology risk profile, and ensuring ongoing monitoring of risk appetite limits, providing oversight and challenge to change policies, processes and systems so these are achieved.
- Leading the provision of expert opinion via Centre of Excellence/Skills-networks, providing direction, guidance, support and coach to ensure that our inflight and future change initiatives ensuring our resources are equipped to learn and develop thus bolstering our Change Management competency as a whole
- Contributing to the production of high quality and insightful reporting. Along with ensuring tool and technology related issues arising pre and post live date from key change initiatives are monitored and actioned through insightful reporting via iProject ecosystem (Project_Portfolio Mgt Systems via MS Project and Power BI)

We need you to have
- Leadership Skills, PMP, CCMP, APMG or Equivalent, Change Management History, Strong Collaboration, Effective Communication, Strategic Thinking, Measurement and Analytics,
- SME in the principles and application of Supply Chain digital technologies and risk management.
- Min 10 years experience with an Equivalent Bachelor level or higher in Supply Chain/Engineering/Technologies related disciplines
- The ability to travel Globally
