The Consultant will be a member of the User Adoption (UA) consulting practice, working with customers to achieve successful UKG solution adoption by end-users. As a User Adoption Consultant, you will assist in managing customer and internal user adoption projects and plans from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, the UA Consultant supports the execution of these plans, including the development of user adoption tools and content. Project scope can vary in size. The UA Consultant will also support project teams with integrating change management activities into their project plans.
While the UA Consultant will not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. Projects may be performed solo or in partnership with other members of the UA team, cross-functional UKG team, and partners. Your ability to present a business case to diverse audiences is essential.

Our User Adoption Consultant will...
• Apply a structured change and project management methodology and process to strategic internal and customer-facing fast-paced, deadline driven projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects and support the design, development, and delivery of stakeholder project-specific communications.
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design, development and delivery of user adoption tools.
• Participate in the ongoing refinement of team tools, standards, and processes.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the User Adoption Manager and Team Leads.
• Perform administrative responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: setup, processes, reports, and business applications required to record time/events on time so that Practice revenue is recognized.
• Support our team to drive overall satisfaction in your efforts and in the customer's overall experience with UKG.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of related work experience is a minimum requirement.
• Must be able to travel approximately 30%, based upon demand.

• Formal education and or work experience in Project Management and/or Consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prosci certification as a Change Manager is preferred.
• Experience as a practicing project manager or professional consultant is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in fast-paced projects.
• Experience working cross-functionally is preferred.
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and be organized.

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
