Description of a position:
The Campaign Creation Manager will play a pivotal role within the Power Products Global Marketing Department, serving as a key partner to Channel, Offer, and Thought Leadership teams to engage customers, enhance brand reputation, acquire potential customers, and drive sales conversions. With a specific focus on campaign planning, implementation, activation, and user experience enhancement, this position will strongly support the PP Global Marketing team's key campaigns and activities. The Campaign Creation Manager will execute communication and engagement strategies through various digital channels, including paid media, SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media, and more. This individual will be a crucial member in the execution of standalone digital projects and integrated marketing campaigns, possessing a solid understanding of Digital Marketing trends and the products and services offered by our company.

- Open-ended contract after 3 months trial period
- Hybrid job (Warsaw office in Konstruktorska street)
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including internal PP Global Marketing teams, Creative Studio/agency, Media agency, Event Experience, Brand, and DCR team, to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Activate paid and organic media channels and continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business and marketing objectives.
- Content Creation and Storytelling:
- Develop effective storytelling based on campaign objectives and plan content calendars.
- Create high-quality content and creative assets that align with campaign goals.
- Customer Journey Management:
- Design and manage end-to-end (E2E) customer journeys through effective integrated marketing approaches.
- Email Marketing and SMA Program Management:
- Support and manage the Channel SMA program planning and deployment.
- Manage email marketing activities targeted at our loyalty and potential customer base, including A/B testing, launches, and reporting.
- Country Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with country marketing teams to provide guidance and support for country-specific marketing campaigns and programs.
- Best Practices Development:
- Identify and develop best practices from campaign planning and implementation that can be leveraged across all campaigns.
- Share findings with key stakeholders to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Industry Trends and Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing tools, platforms, technologies, customer behaviors, and trends.
- Develop creative and innovative marketing methods and ideas based on these trends.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Compile regular reports on Digital Marketing activities and campaigns.
- Communicate results to necessary parties and provide recommendations for future strategies based on measured performance and internal and external feedback.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, and/or Management.
Experience:
- Preferred work experience advertising agency or enterprise responsible for integrated marketing campaigns using digital marketing, content marketing, media, and marketing automation from inception to deployment.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment but can also work independently.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital strategies and marketing automation capabilities.
- Essential ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with a high level of efficiency and collaborativeness, demonstrated skills in analysis.
- Ability to work constructively within a multifunctional and multicultural local and global team.
