The Role: Busway Offer Sales & Marketing Specialist in Power Product Business
We are looking for an experienced Offer Sales & Marketing Specialist to sell Schneider Busway products to our c ustomer. Activities will center on selling our product introductions, marketing promotions, line extensions, merchandising and maintenance of existing product lines. We are looking for people with the right mix of talent and agile - with proven self-leadership skills, strong analytical, communication skills, and individuals with the ability to work in a team setting are strongly encouraged to apply.
What will you do?
- The Offer Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the achievement of Sales & Margin objectives for respective customer accounts.
- This includes identifying and growing business in existing market, while identifying new growing market with partners.
- Clearly articulate the Schneider Electric - value proposition and engage the customer in jointly addressing their business priorities
- Manage communication and negotiation with the factory in Greater China for specifications of busduct products.
- Manage new offer introduction in Japan market, prepare and implement actions required.
- Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales, activities and other required reports and forms.
- Ensure that authorized distributions are present within assigned retail accounts by communicating with all internal/external and domestic/international stakeholders, including the factory in Greater China.
- Develop proper relations and rapport with respective customer accounts, partners and vendors.
- Suggest creative sales and marketing concepts to Management.

Qualifications
Who would be successful?
- Intermediate Chinese & English skill is critical for the communication with stakeholders.
- 5+ years ' sales experience, with knowledge of electric distribution component and electric power
- Education Level: Bachelor ' s Degree or equivalent (business or engineering is an advantage)
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
- CRM experience and maintaining an accurate forecast is preferred
- Personal qualities such as: self driven, autonomous, influential, perseverance, reliable, direct, curious and creative
- Demonstrates leadership ability and teamwork through direct or cross functional team
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Aligns a strategy and enables results through others
- Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
- Possess the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners, and clients using a Win/Win philosophy
- Demonstrate experience and success within a team selling approach
