For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,000 - $230,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

The Business Transformation Leader will be responsible for driving and managing large-scale initiatives to help the Modular Data Center organization adapt, grow, and achieve its strategic goals in a high-growth environment. The Modular Data Center business at Schneider Electric is expanding rapidly in response to the deployment of artificial intelligence computing in data centers worldwide. This growth necessitates adapting our people, processes, and skills to meet increasing demand. We seek a dynamic leader to manage change initiatives across all commercial and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning to formulate short, medium, and long-term priorities
  • Guide resource allocation and make recommendations on investments, partnerships, and other strategic decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams in deploying new initiatives identified during the strategic planning process
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Communicate the status, issues, and risk mitigation of change initiatives to stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in developing strategies and plans within a complex global business environment.
  • Ability to analyze industry trends, competition, and internal operations.
  • Proven leadership skills to set vision and strategic focus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to navigate a complex organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
