Job Description Summary

Exciting times at GE Aerospace as our Supply Chain continues its Business and Digital transformation. As a Connected Flow DT Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for operating in lock-step with Supply Chain Transformation ( Connected Flow) teams and other product owners to execute and deliver on strategic products to modernize our Supply Chain business.

The Connected Flow DT Transformation Leader will work to streamline information flow to ensure accurate and timely visibility into all key DT deliverables.

This role is remote.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Share alignment of product strategy across Supply chain transformation (Connected flow), ERP Transformation (Engine modernization) and other Supply Chain digital technology initiatives.
  • Program management across all Connected flow digital initiatives
  • Create a consolidated product roadmap for all connected flow initiatives
  • Streamline information flow to ensure accurate and timely visibility to all Connected Flow digital initiatives
  • Identify and bring in industry best practices and the right solutions
  • Instrumental in coaching and guiding all DT teams on their deliverables
  • Responsible for the standardization and deployment of all digital initiatives while leveraging flight deck
  • Leverage lean methodologies, expertise, and judgement to help ensure supply chain transformation priorities are achieved with the help of IT Initiatives. I.e. Action plans, PSR, Go to Genba to understand the problem
  • Create a forum for cross product requirements, help with cross product design decisions and build the product schedule and feed into our prioritization (BRR) process. First line escalation for product owners for connected flow initiatives.
  • Drive daily, weekly and monthly operating rhythms for our strategic (HK2) objectives and their respective digital priorities
  • Provide guidance on balance between driving good lean processes before digitizing
  • Will provide periodic hands-on support where large gaps exist between actual project timelines and targets based on business priority
  • Drive accountability across the business and digital technology based on clear roles & responsibilities (RACI) guidelines.
  • Drive alignment between multiple business stakeholders to ensure connected flow priorities are met
  • Owning 2 Connected flow products
  • Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products.
  • Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.
  • Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
  • Demonstrates strategic expert level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
  • Mentors junior team members.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 6 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience

Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Eligibility Requirement:

-Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

Desired Characteristics/ Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and the supply chain related applications (ERPs, Kanban etc)
• Experience working across teams to deliver
